Our local MLS was formed in 1996 to better serve both buyers
and sellers of real estate by cooperating on the sale of each other's listings. Sellers benefit by the exposure for their
properties. Buyers benefit by having a
consolidated database of properties available and by having the choice to work
through any local agent.
Although each individual office may have a web site, the MLS
is generally the most complete, accurate and up to date.
